• Antivirus blocks Download Studio

  DS does not contain any viruses or malware. DS ensures that there is no unwanted SOFTWARE in the directory. The application works only with trusted sources. The risk of infecting your computer when downloading files through a browser is much higher than when working with DS.

• Accessing the server error

  Your antivirus or firewall may be mistakenly blocking DS. Add DS to exceptions in your computer's security settings. In rare cases, the DS server is not available for technical reasons. In this case, wait until the server is restored.

• Low download speed

  DS downloads files using the BitTorrent Protocol. This means that files are downloaded from other customers' handing out computers. If the file didn`t start downloading within 24 hours, most likely it is not shared. Select another version of the dub, size or quality of the file and retry the download.

• How to remove DS

  Click the "Start" menu button - go to Control Panel - Add/Remove program. Locate and select Download Studio in the list and click "Uninstall".
